  • Contact form submissions: name, phone number and email address voluntarily submitted via the contact form. This data is used solely to respond to the enquiry and is not stored beyond 30 days after the matter is resolved.
  • Server access logs: IP address, browser user-agent, referring URL and page requested are temporarily stored in standard web server logs for up to 14 days for security and error diagnosis.
  • Cookies: a single first-party cookie stores your consent decision (accept or reject). No third-party analytics or tracking cookies are set.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Processing of contact form data is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you voluntarily submit the form. Server log processing is based on legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for site security.

4. Data Retention

Contact enquiry data is deleted within 30 days of the matter being closed. Server logs are rotated after 14 days. Cookie consent records are stored locally in your browser and are not transmitted to our servers.
